The State of Gratitude

This class, along with all the others in the connection series is designed to be at entry level with all of its material and focus. Although there is a depth of understanding that lays behind these teachings holding the knowledge of what it is to be a healthy and happy human being and the solid roots of connection that need to be created for that to become a reality, we must first start with the basics.

These Classes aim to build good core base foundations of connection that will allow for much greater and faster development in the later stages of the work that we do.
